Urnaa (Uranbileg) is a Professional Geoscientist and Environmental Professional with over 15 years of experience working as an Exploration Geophysicist and in Project Management in Mongolia, Australia, China and Canada. She possesses deep mineral exploration expertise, gained from her work on the massive Oyu-Tolgoi (OT) Copper-Gold mineral deposits in Mongolia, as well as extensive geophysical and geological field experience on the Cadia Copper-Gold deposit in New South Wales, Australia.
Urnaa has an MBA in Sustainable Innovation at the University of Victoria and is an ongoing candidate at the Colorado School of Mines, pursuing a Master's Degree in Mineral Exploration to further enhance her skills with modern technology and world-class expertise. Additionally, she is a Board Member of the BC Society of Engineering & Geoscience, the advocacy body for Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.

Mr. Hendrickson has more than 40 years of experience directing geophysical exploration in more than 10 countries. He was formerly the Chief Geophysicist for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., where he was responsible for instrumentation development (Ivanhoe Electric’s Zeus/Typhoon technology), survey design and interpretation, project management, and teaching local staff. His work directly contributed to the discovery of the Oyu-Tolgoi porphyry copper/gold deposit, a world-class, super-giant deposit. The main Oyu-Tolgoi discoveries were found beneath extensive cover rock, more than 1 km in depth, with geophysics playing a leading role.
He was also the former Managing Director of Exploration at GoviEx Gold Inc. and High Power Ventures in Mongolia. He led the exploration of the south Gobi region of Mongolia and near Cadia, Australia, for additional world-class porphyry copper/gold deposits.
As the former CEO and President of Makara Mining Corp, Mr. Hendrickson was responsible for all technical and corporate aspects of the company, including fundraising for the Yukon copper-gold licenses.
Mr. Hendrickson serves on the Board of Directors of Azucar Minerals, where he advises on exploration and drilling programs at the El Cobre porphyry copper-gold deposit, particularly in geophysical programs.
He has been on the Mineral Hill Industries board of directors since 2008 and has served on the company’s various committees
